Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 2 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 8 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 gherkins
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • some paprika powder, hot
  • some salt and pepper, black

Minced steak on bread with onions and fried egg

Chop the parsley. Slice the gherkins lengthwise. Slice the onions into half rings. Chop the parsley. Thoroughly knead the minced meat with the mustard, half the parsley, paprika, pepper, and salt, and form two patties. Then fry them slowly in a pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat, turning frequently. Slowly fry the onions and the remaining parsley in a pan with 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until softened, and season with salt and pepper. Fry the eggs in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter over low heat until fried, then season with salt and pepper. First, cover the slices of bread with cucumber slices. Place one of the patties on top, then add the onions, and finally, top each with a fried egg. Garnish with some parsley and serve immediately.
