Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 60 g butter, soft
  • 60 g honey
  • 60 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Toast chopped hazelnuts in a pan and then mix with the butter, honey, and flour. Transfer this mixture to a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 8 minutes until golden brown. Then let it cool and break the Florentine into small pieces.
