Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g lamb from the leg
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Remove fat and tendons from the lamb and dice the meat. Brown the meat cubes in a pan with hot oil and salt for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer with the lid on for about 15 minutes. Then add a little water, stir, add the garam masala, and stir for 3 minutes. Then add the white wine and cook in a covered pan until the meat is tender. The sauce should be creamy. Serve with basmati rice.
