Creamy spaetzle with vegan "chicken"

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Spätzle from the refrigerated section, 500 g
  • 250 g light shepherd’s cheese
  • 1 sachet of sauce powder for cream sauce
  • 180 g soy fillet(s) (chicken flavor)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the spaetzle in a pan and then add the soy chicken. Meanwhile, prepare the cream sauce according to the package instructions and add it to the spaetzle and chicken. Then add the herder’s cheese to the pan and let it melt. The dish is now ready to serve.
