Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour, e.g. B. spelled flour
- 240 g yogurt, any fat content
- 7 g salt
- 6 g baking powder

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
makes 4 rolls, with only 4 ingredients
Mix all the ingredients together. I do it with a fork, but you can also use a food processor or your hands. You only need to use your hands at the end. Shape the dough into 4 rolls. Work quickly, otherwise the dough will be too wet and stick to your hands. The rolls don’t have to look neat. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C in a NON-preheated oven. Let cool briefly and enjoy. Variations I’ve already tried: – Wheat flour with 1.5% yogurt – Spelt flour with 1.5% yogurt – 1/2 spelt flour and 1/2 rye flour with 1.5% yogurt as well as linseed and chia seeds The calorie information refers to one roll and is calculated using rolls made with spelt flour.
