Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 carrots
- 2 peppers
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- Herbs (oregano, rosemary, marjoram)
- 100 g cream cheese (paprika-chili)
- Hard cheese, Italian grated
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Prepare all the vegetables, peeling, washing, and chopping if necessary. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat with onions and garlic until well browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and chili. Add the passata, vegetable stock, and herbs, and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Finally, stir in the cream cheese. Serve with pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese. It also goes well with rice, but without the cheese.
