simple, from a 26 cm springform pan

For the base, chop or finely grind the biscuits. Place them in a freezer bag and roll over them several times with a rolling pin. Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix with the biscuit crumbs. Pour the mixture into a springform pan (Ø 26cm) and press down lightly with a tablespoon. Chill the base for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and set aside. Mix the cream cheese with the quark, powdered sugar, and mascarpone. Divide 30 biscuits, scoop out the filling, and stir it into the cream. Finally, carefully fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Spread the cream on the biscuit base and smooth it down. Roughly chop the remaining biscuits and spread it on the cake. Chill the cake for another hour or so. Loosen the edge of the springform pan and lift the cake onto a cake plate.
