Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 flatbreads (pide or pitta)
- 8 slice(s) chicken breast, cold cuts
- 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
- ½ cup sour cream or creme fraiche
- Salt
- 1 tsp herbs, frozen
- bell pepper(s)
- cucumber(s)
- tomato(s)
- lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Toast the pide. Season the sour cream or crème fraîche with the herbs and salt. (You can also use ready-made herb crème fraîche.) Dice the greens and mozzarella and season with salt. Finely chop the lettuce and mix everything together. Cut the pide open in one place. Spread the inside thinly with the herb-infused sour cream. Fill with sliced chicken breast and the lettuce.
