Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 slices of toast
  • 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 6 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 6 slices of pineapple
  • butter
  • Tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Toast the bread and spread with a little butter. On each piece of bread, place one slice of ham and one slice of pineapple, each with a little ketchup in the hole. Place one slice of Gouda cheese on top. Place the toast on the baking sheet and bake until the cheese has melted.
