Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 75 g butter or margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 3 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
- 25 g dark chocolate, 80%
- 50 g chocolate (cranberry chocolate)
- 1 handful of cashew nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes
First, preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Mix the instant coffee powder with the yogurt. Chop the chocolate and cashews. In a mixing bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients with a dough hook. Stir the chocolate and cashews into the dough with the coffee-yogurt. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and place heaped tablespoons of dough on the baking sheet, about three in a row. Bake in the hot oven for about 12 minutes.
