Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, combine the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder in a large mug and mix with a spoon. Then add the egg and milk and mix everything together. Finally, add the honey and stir well. Microwave at 600 watts for 2 minutes.
