- 6 rolls, for baking
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 150 g sour cream
- Paprika powder to taste
- 1 bell pepper(s)

Cut the rolls in half (ideally so that the top and bottom are the same height). Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the ham into small strips (max. 3 cm long). Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. Mix the ham strips, diced bell pepper, cheese, crème fraîche, paprika powder, and sour cream in a bowl until smooth. Place the roll halves cut-side up on a baking sheet (so it doesn’t get so wet later) and bake in the oven for about 3 minutes. Then spread the mixture (a good tablespoon per roll half) between the roll halves and press down lightly with a spoon. Return to the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy warm afterwards.
