Pizza rolls with leek and ham

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 300 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, chopped
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 10 rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the butter until smooth. Then stir together the other ingredients and season with pepper. Cut the rolls in half and spread the mixture on top, not too thickly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until the surface of the mixture is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
