Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 rolls for baking
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ cup sour cream
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 200g salami
- Parsley
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder

Party hit
First, finely dice the bell peppers and salami (approx. 0.5 cm cubes) and place them in a bowl. Then add the cream cheese, sour cream, and grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika, and mix well. Cut the rolls in half and spread the topping about 0.5 cm thick. Then bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. When the halves are golden brown, remove and serve.
