Apple crumble cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g apples, sour, peeled and pitted
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 175 g wheat flour type 405
  • 2 packs of vanilla sauce powder for cooking
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs, size S or 2 eggs, size L
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 50 g cream
  • Fat for the mold
  • 75 g wheat flour type 405
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

for an 18/20 springform pan

Knead the crumble ingredients thoroughly and chill. Sift together the flour, vanilla sauce powder, cinnamon, and baking powder. Cut the apples into medium-sized pieces and mix with a little lemon juice. Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Add the vanilla paste and cream and mix well. Add the sifted flour mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until smooth. Then stir in the apple pieces. Lightly grease an 18 cm springform pan, pour in the batter, and smooth the surface. Break up the crumble dough and spread it over the apple dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 50-55 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
