Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg white asparagus
- 200 g ham, cut into small strips
- 100 g butter
- ½ bunch sage
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 100 g Parmesan, fresh, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place peeled asparagus in boiling water and cook for about 10-12 minutes. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Melt the butter, add the garlic and sage, and let it foam briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the butter sauce over the asparagus. Arrange the ham on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Serve with new potatoes.
