Cheese and garlic cream for baguette

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 1 pack of cream cheese (Bressot)
  • 1 cream cheese spread, 200 g
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the onions, garlic cloves, and ham. Mix all ingredients together and spread on white bread. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until everything has melted. This cheese and garlic cream serves 2 baguettes.
