Cream – Mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 slice(s) ham, cooked, diced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp, leveled cornstarch
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

on toast, as a dip or with fondue

Drain the mushrooms and reserve the liquid. Then sauté the mushrooms and onion in a heated pan for about 5 minutes. Mix the sour cream with the mushroom liquid and thicken with the cornstarch. Add the lemon juice and diced ham. Add to the mushrooms and bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with parsley.
