- ¼ liter of milk
- 4 eggs

- 1 bunch of parsley
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Place the dumpling bread in a bowl. Bring the milk to a boil briefly and pour it over the dumpling bread. Cover the bowl and let the dumpling bread swell for about ten minutes. Then add the eggs. Add the finely chopped onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste and knead the mixture thoroughly. Form the kneaded mixture into dumplings, which are then cooked in a little boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. TIP: A good variation is to add finely chopped cooked ham to the dumpling mixture.
