Limburger pickled in oil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 packs of cheese (Limburger)
  • 2 onions, cut into very thin rings
  • olive oil
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the Limburger into small pieces, top with onions, parsley, and freshly ground pepper. Finally, drizzle with olive oil. Let it sit for at least a day. It stinks like hell, but it tastes great on toast or as a small appetizer.
