Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 8 garlic cloves
- 4 small onions
- 4 chili peppers, red
- 1 kg sheep’s cheese
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp black pepper, whole
- 1 liter olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 25 minutes
Peel and slice the garlic and onions. Cut the chili peppers lengthwise, deseed, and wash them. Dice the feta cheese. Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Layer all ingredients in a jar with bay leaves and peppercorns. Pour oil over the ingredients and let them steep for at least 3 days.
