Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

delicious slices with juicy nut base, banana cream and kisses

For the batter, roughly mash the bananas and set aside. Chop the little sweets and set aside. Mix the flour with the ground nuts and baking powder. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a baking tray and place a baking frame measuring approximately 24 x 20 cm on top. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy and then add the butter. Then fold in the flour mixture, the bananas and the little sweets. Pour into the baking frame and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes. Then carefully loosen the mixture from the baking frame using a sharp knife. Remove the baking frame and turn the base out onto a wire rack. Allow to cool completely. Roughly mash the banana and mix it with the yogurt, honey and lemon juice. It is important to do this by hand, otherwise the mixture will be too runny! Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in the banana mixture. Spread the cream on the cooled base. Decorate with a wavy crest if desired, then place the kisses on top. Dust with cocoa powder, if desired.
