Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g flour
- 100 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- Flour for the work surface
- Oil for brushing

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
without yeast
Knead the listed ingredients together with a hand mixer for five minutes, then briefly mix by hand. Brush with a little oil and let rest for about 30 minutes, wrapped in foil. Then roll out thinly on a lightly floured surface and place on baking paper. Place everything on a baking sheet, top with your favorite toppings, and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) on the bottom rack for about 15-20 minutes. This amount is enough for two baking sheets.
