Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g biscuit(s), crumbled (wholemeal butter biscuits – Graham Crackers) are best
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 70 g butter, soft
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

American pie crust

Crumble the cookies into very small pieces. This works best if you place them in a sturdy plastic bag and then roll them over with a rolling pin. Add all the other ingredients and quickly mix everything into a crumbly mixture. Pour this mixture into a springform pan and refrigerate – the classic piecrust is ready.
