Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 40 g lentils, red
- 40 g Spätzle (egg spaetzle)
- 250 ml water
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 2 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet
- 3 pinch(s) curry powder
- 4 dashes of Tabasco
- 1 dashes germ oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onion and garlic and sauté in hot oil. At the same time, add the lentils and sauté them. Deglaze with 200 ml of water and add the vegetable stock. Mix well. Add the spaetzle. Add a little water to keep it thick so it doesn’t become too dry. Season with paprika and curry powder. Continue simmering for a total of 10 minutes at a lower heat, until the lentils and spaetzle are tender. Finally, finish the dish with a few dashes of Tabasco.
