Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 175 ml vanilla yogurt
- 250 g blueberries
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tsp linseed oil
- n. B. Blueberries on a skewer
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
With soy milk, vanilla yogurt and linseed oil
Combine the first four ingredients in a blender and blend for at least one minute, until the smoothie is nice and creamy. Pour into a large glass and stir in the linseed oil. Garnish with a fruit skewer, if desired, and enjoy. Tip: If you don’t like soy milk, use regular 1.5% milk.
