Mozzarella wrap dough without flour

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250g mozzarella
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • some salt
  • n. B. Herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Chop the mozzarella into small pieces and place it in a blender. Add the eggs, salt, and herbs and blend vigorously until a dough forms. Spread the dough into a wrap on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes on the middle rack. The wrap should not be too dark, practically not taking on any color, but simply cooked. Let the wrap cool, top it with your desired toppings, and carefully roll it up.
