Quick, firm low-carb pizza base

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of hack replacement (next level hack) of 275 g each

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

only one ingredient needed

For one pizza baking sheet, simply take two packages of Next Level mince (available at Lidl), knead both packages briefly by hand, and roll out on baking paper. Place on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) and bake for about 10 minutes (I’ve also tried it without pre-baking and was satisfied). Then top with tomato sauce, toppings of your choice, and cheese. Continue baking at the same temperature until the cheese is melted and golden brown. The base is nice and firm, without any overpowering flavor like I’ve experienced with low-carb tuna bases, for example.
