Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven). Slice the onion into rings and finely chop the spring onions. Place the wraps on a baking sheet and spread with crème fraîche. Top with onion rings, spring onions, and diced ham. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Remove the tarte flambée from the oven, let it cool briefly, and cut into quarters. Approx. 675 kcal per serving.
