Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g mozzarella, grated
- 80 g Parmesan, grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 garlic cloves
- n. B. herbs, fresh, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Finely chop or press the garlic and mix with the remaining ingredients, except for the herbs. Spread the mixture into an oval shape, approximately 5 mm thick, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, until browned to your desired color. Sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs.
