Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 apples
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice all ingredients. Sauté the onion, zucchini, and fennel in olive oil. Add the apples and feta. Season to taste, such as with salt, pepper, and chili. Tastes delicious with pasta, rice, potatoes, or even just bread.
