Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g almonds, blanched, without skin
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the almonds. Add the egg, powdered sugar, and cream, and mix well. Divide the puff pastry in half, spread the almond cream on one half, and cover with the other half. Dust with powdered sugar and press the edges together with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the lowest rack.
