Seafood in tomato feta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g mixed seafood
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and mince the garlic, then fry it with the seafood in a pan with olive oil. Chop the tomatoes and fresh basil into small pieces, add them to the seafood, and fry. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Finally, dice the feta and add it. Serve with fresh baguette and a green salad.
