Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, preferably beef
- 1 handful of fried onions
- 5 chili peppers
- 6 slices of bacon
- some cheese, grated
- 2 slices of cheese
- Garlic
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some sauce (Red Hot)
- 1 large bun (hamburger)
- some sauce (BBQ)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the fried onions, seasoning, grated cheese, sliced chilies, and hot sauce, and mix to combine. Fry the bacon in a pan and then divide it. Set one half aside for topping, chop the other half, and add it to the minced meat. Mix everything well and form a nice burger patty. Grill for 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness. It’s best to grill it on a kettle grill for 5 minutes, then cook it indirectly for the rest of the time. 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, put the cheese on the burger and the bun on the grill. Then simply put the burger on the bun, add the bacon, BBQ sauce, and another load of fried onions. Tip: I always add 3 or 4 fried onion rings.
