Celery and pear from the oven

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ celeriac, washed and cut into 1 cm thick slices
  • 1 pear(s), washed and sliced
  • 3 slices of raclette cheese or mountain cheese
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the celery slices side by side in a small baking dish and arrange the pear slices on top. Season well. Place the cheese slices on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. If desired, you can season everything again after baking, especially with thyme. Garnish with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
