Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 potatoes (baked potatoes)
- Salt
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 200 g crab or shrimp
- 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 jar sauce (herb and garlic sauce)
- 60 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the potatoes with their skins on for about 20 minutes. Drain, peel, and scoop out the insides until only a 2 cm thick crust remains. Chop the removed potato mixture into small pieces, mix with crème fraîche, shrimp or crab, and dill, and season with salt and pepper. Return everything to the potatoes! Pour the herb and garlic sauce into a baking dish, add the stuffed potatoes, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
