Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg pork neck or shoulder roast
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 1 large can of mushrooms
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aged, cut into strips
  • 200 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the meat, grease an ovenproof dish, and line the dish with the slices. Season with salt, pepper, and Chinese spices. Layer the minced pork, drained mushrooms, and cheese slices on top. Drizzle with cream (or add a little white wine if desired). Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 90 minutes.
