Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g minced meat (optionally half beef, half pork)
- 1 roll, from the day before
- 1 egg(s)
- e.g. tomato ketchup or mustard
- salt and pepper
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 bell pepper(s), fresh
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- Cheese, grated
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Make a mash from the ingredients (minus the vegetables and cheese), as if making meatballs. Pour this mixture into a greased springform pan. Then add the vegetables to the minced meat pie and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 1 hour at 180°C. Serve with rice or bread.
