Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
For the pizza dough, put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the yeast, sugar, and salt, and then cover with flour. Now add the olive oil and water and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let it rise for at least 1 hour; the longer it lets, the better and fluffier the dough will be! For the topping, put the cream cheese, sour cream, chives, seasoning, salt, and pepper in another bowl and mix. Season again with salt and pepper; it tastes delicious on its own (you can also use it as a spread!). For the topping, dice the onions and fry them in a little oil in a pan. Dice the bacon, add it to the onions, and fry. Slice the spring onions into rings and add them. Drain the chanterelle mushrooms in a sieve, then add them. Fry everything for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, and season with salt and pepper. Now roll out the dough and spread with the topping. Then add the mushroom mixture. Slice the mozzarella, cut the slices in half, and arrange them on the pizza. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes. Warning: This pizza is very filling.
