Orange oat cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 2 tsp orange peel
  • 70 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 70 g flour
  • 40 g sugar
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead. Form the dough into hazelnut-sized balls. Flatten them to form a round cookie about 1 cm thick. Bake the cookies at 160°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
