Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 60 g protein powder (weight gainer powder)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 60 g instant oat flakes (oat pulp)
  • 50 g peanut butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

High in calories and healthy

Peel the banana and core the apple. Cut them into smaller pieces so they’re easier to blend. Place them in a blender with a small amount of milk (about 200 ml) and blend until smooth. This will be the fruity base of the shake. Add the peanut butter. This will make the shake nice and creamy and provide healthy fats. Blend until well combined and smooth. Add the protein powder (weight gainer powder) and continue blending, gradually adding more milk to ensure there are no lumps and the mixture is nice and smooth. The powder will provide the extra calories. Mix in the oat puree; it will give it a good consistency and extra nutrients. Once everything is well blended, add the remaining milk and blend until the shake has a smooth consistency. Pour the shake into a large glass or bottle. It’s best to drink it within 10 minutes of making it for the best taste. This shake is perfect if you’re trying to gain weight—it’s very high in calories. If you are not yet used to drinking a liter of milk, start with 500 ml or less and slowly increase.
