Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 100 g turkey meat
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pointed pepper
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml Cremefine or cream
  • some oil for frying
  • possibly chili
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, chop the meat and vegetables and set aside. Pour the oil into a pot and briefly heat the basil, salt, pepper, and clove powder. Add the meat and briefly fry the spring onions. Now add the remaining vegetables and simmer until the liquid stops. Deglaze the dish with the stock and Cremefine and reduce until the sauce is nice and thick. Finally, add a few squeezes of lemon juice and serve with the pasta. I like it a bit spicier and added garlic and chili. Adjust seasoning if desired.
