brilliant pizza snack
Make a yeast dough from the dough ingredients. Let it rest until it has visibly increased in size. In the meantime, prepare the topping. Dice the feta cheese. Drain the olives and slice them. Wash, trim, and dice the peppers and tomatoes. Dice the ham, but not too finely. Slice the spring onions. Drain the mushrooms and slice them, if you haven’t already. Knead the dough well again, divide them into 4 equal pieces, and shape them into rounds. Now roll out each piece of dough on a floured surface into an oval. Each piece should be about 1/2 cm thick. Place all 4 pieces of dough on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Distribute the pizza tomatoes among all 4 pieces of dough and spread them evenly, leaving a 1 cm border around the outside. Sprinkle this topping with pizza seasoning or a little oregano. Now spread the topping ingredients evenly over the dough. Finally, sprinkle some grated Emmental cheese on top of each dough piece. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 18 minutes.
