Fruit salad with strawberries and pineapple

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 4 nectarines
  • 3 bananas
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces (580 ml)
  • 2 can/n mandarin oranges (314 ml each)
  • 2 cups of sweet cream (200 g each)
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 150 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Wash the raw fruit. Cut the apples and nectarines into eighths and dice them. Remove the stems and quarter the strawberries. Halve the bananas and cut them into 6-8 mm thick slices. Place everything in a large bowl. Add the pineapple and mandarin oranges with their juices, sprinkle with sugar, and mix gently. Pour in the cream and milk and mix gently again. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
