Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 kiwis
- 1 mango(s)
- 3 bananas
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Lemon(s) peel
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 30 g butter
- 500 g yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel and finely slice the mango. Peel and slice the bananas. Mix the fruit with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar, cover, and refrigerate. Toast the oats in a dry pan until golden brown, stirring occasionally, and set aside. Melt 1 tablespoon of sugar in a pan. Add the butter and oats, mix well with the sugar, and let cool. Mix the yogurt with the lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Arrange the salad in a bowl. Sprinkle the toasted oats on top. Serve the lemon yogurt sauce with the salad.
