Plum cake with cinnamon, yogurt and butter crumbles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 110 g butter, soft
  • 150 g vanilla yogurt (e.g. from Alpro)
  • 100 g sugar or sugar substitute (e.g. Xucker)
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jar plum(s), approx. 720 ml
  • some cinnamon
  • 60 g flour
  • 50 g sugar or sugar substitute (e.g. Xucker)
  • 3 tbsp butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

without egg, super juicy and fresh, approx. 8 pieces, sheet cake

For the crumble, put the butter in a bowl. Add the flour and sugar and mix everything together, then set aside. Then combine all the ingredients for the batter and mix thoroughly until you have a nice, smooth batter. Drain the plums and toss them in a separate bowl with a little cinnamon. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, add the drained plums and spread evenly, pressing them in slightly if necessary. Finally, sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake the cake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until the crumble is lightly browned on top. Makes about 8 slices.
