  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 220 g sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 225 g butter

Cookies with white and brown chocolate

Mix the flour and baking powder and set aside. On a board, chop the white chocolate into small pieces using a knife, if desired. Using a hand mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add the flour mixture to the butter a spoonful at a time and mix into a smooth dough. Finally, fold in the chopped white chocolate and chocolate chips. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the dough in portions onto the baking tray using an ice cream scoop or a spoon. Flatten as desired and shape into cookies. Bake the cookies on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes, depending on their size and thickness. The cookies should be light brown. This amount of dough makes about 25 cookies.
