Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 300 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 300 g whole wheat flour
  • 16 g baking powder
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 apples
  • 30 g raisins
  • 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Combine sugar, yogurt, egg, flour, raisins, flavoring, and baking powder. Pour the batter into a prepared 20 cm baking pan. Thinly slice the apples and distribute them evenly over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40-45 minutes.
