Small pizzas with minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 packets of fresh yeast
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 150 g oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 4 bell peppers, red
  • 1 kg onion(s)
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 2 cans tomatoes, chopped, peeled
  • 500 g sauce (salsa sauce)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • dill
  • Pepper
  • 1 kg cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine milk, yeast, salt, sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl and mix to form a dough. Brown the ground beef, bell peppers, and onions. Add the tomato paste, tomatoes, salsa sauce, garlic, and seasonings to taste and cook for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Shape the dough into small balls and roll them out. Distribute some meat on the small pizza dough pieces and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the small pizzas for 10-15 minutes. Makes approximately 48 small pizzas.
