Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g oat flakes, fine
- 200 ml rice milk (rice drink) (vanilla rice drink), milk or water
- 15 g white chocolate, grated
- 1 handful of blueberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the oats and rice milk in a small saucepan and cook until the liquid has evaporated. Stir well. Grate the white chocolate, add it, stir, and let it melt. Stir in some blueberries or other pieces of fruit of your choice and serve warm.
